When you are working on cloud-hosted software such as QBO, FreshBooks, XERO, etc., all you need to do is create another user ID for us and the rest will be taken care of โ all inputs uploaded by you as per instructions.
When working on desktop-based software, create an RDP login along with the software logins for our team. We connect to your computers/servers using RDP/Citrix โ similar to when you work remotely from home. Our team works on your system, processes the work, and leaves it there. For security, you can restrict all other drives and folders to a dedicated folder for our team only.
When the above two options are not feasible or available, you can create a login on a secured VPN like GoToMyPC or LogMeIn so that our team can access your computer to work on your jobs as per your inputs and instructions.
Under this tool we offer fully secured access to our Portal where you can transfer all files needed to be worked upon. All you need to do is click & accept the request link generated by the software in your email and simply upload all necessary documents to our USA-based server. We deliver completed work back to you the same way.
