The hourly rate covers the full estimating process — reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, material quantity calculations, and preparing the final deliverable in Excel and PDF formats. No additional fees.

Hours vary by project scope. A small residential project might take 3–5 hours. A medium commercial project may take 8–15 hours. We'll provide an estimate of hours before starting so you know the total cost upfront.

We invoice upon delivery of the completed estimate. Payment is due within 7 days via bank transfer, check, or credit card. Enterprise clients can arrange monthly billing cycles.
